Our goal is for you to get the most out of your training. AAP segments athletes into the appropriate programs, dependant on their age, ability, sport and ambitions. This has allowed us to tailor our programs specifically to the individual, keeping the athlete fresh, fit and focused regardless of the training cycle or stage of their competitive season.
We offer a variety of programs suited and formulated for you specifically. Each customised program is tailored for speed, strength and fitness, aimed to develop your understanding of fitness and put you miles ahead of the competition!
We offer centre based classes for rehabilitation, giving athletes access to the appropriate equipment, exercises and services. Group programs are based on assessed needs as determined by our exercise Physiologist.
Learn from expert strength and conditioning coaches in a genuine high performance environment. Our Performance Coaching Mentorship program will develop your coaching skills and provide you with the means to find employment in the highly competitive world of high performance sport. We also conduct Accredited Certificate III & IV Fitness Courses for those that want to enter the fitness Industry or become Personal Trainers.
The Performance Evaluation is a mandatory event for every athlete that enters the AAP Program. Athletes are taught Dynamic warm-up exercises, are examined during our running analysis procedures and are tested in a battery of physical speed and strength tests.
