Our Performance Coaching Mentorship program will develop your coaching skills and provide you with the means to find employment in the highly competitive world of high performance sport. Screening and evaluation
The Performance Evaluation is a mandatory event for every athlete that enters the AAP Program. Athletes are taught Dynamic warm-up exercises, are examined during our running analysis procedures and are tested in a battery of physical speed and strength tests.
Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEPs) provide exercise and lifestyle support for chronic diseases and injuries. The primary aim of the delivery service is to encourage lifestyle changes that are sustained in the long term.
