Utilizing equipment based around an advanced motion algorithm, AAP is able to analyse your movement mechanics in real time.
SPORTS SPECIFIC TESTING ACCURACY
We devise sports specific tests and use a state of the art timing system which is the official timing system of the NBA draft combine, NFL regional combines, AFL combine, CFL combine, International soccer/football teams and other athlete evaluation events globally and virtually any sport that involves speed training and power. We have great flexibility to train indoors & outdoors with accurate timing and confidence in our statistics. It is designed to improve speed, acceleration, reactivity, power, agility and more.
SPORTS SCIENCE TECHNOLOGY
At AAP, we use GPS Tracking to provide analysis of individual and team performance over many different sports.

From gaining power and speed to conserving energy, AAP understands the impact that different training methods can have on the energy systems of an athlete. We use a variety of tests and training methods to build up an athlete’s energy systems in different areas of their development.
Our recovery process revolves around a specially designed recovery exercise regimen designed to enhance your recovery rate, coupled with massage and manipulation this also includes nerve stimulation and muscle activation therapy using specialized equipment, as well as specialised duel cold/compression devices

Our goal is for you to get the most out of your training. AAP segments athletes into the appropriate programs, dependant on their age, ability, sport and ambitions. This has allowed us to tailor our programs specifically to the individual, keeping the athlete fresh, fit and focused regardless of the training cycle or stage of their competitive season.
We offer a variety of programs suited and formulated for you specifically. Each customised program is tailored for speed, strength and fitness, aimed to develop your understanding of fitness and put you miles ahead of the competition!
Injury, Rehabilitation and Prevention
We offer centre based classes for rehabilitation, giving athletes access to the appropriate equipment, exercises and services. Group programs are based on assessed needs as determined by our exercise Physiologist.
Performance, coaching, mentorship and Certificate III & IV Fitness Courses
Learn from expert strength and conditioning coaches in a genuine high performance environment. Our Performance Coaching Mentorship program will develop your coaching skills and provide you with the means to find employment in the highly competitive world of high performance sport. We also conduct Accredited Certificate III & IV Fitness Courses for those that want to enter the fitness Industry or become Personal Trainers.
Screening and evaluation
The Performance Evaluation is a mandatory event for every athlete that enters the AAP Program. Athletes are taught Dynamic warm-up exercises, are examined during our running analysis procedures and are tested in a battery of physical speed and strength tests.
Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEPs) provide exercise and lifestyle support for chronic diseases and injuries. The primary aim of the delivery service is to encourage lifestyle changes that are sustained in the long term.
