Our programs are designed to supplement the coaching that athletes receive at practice. We don’t focus on sport-specific skills – we focus on improving the overall athlete. Our world-class coaching staff delivers a training regimen that enhances an athletes speed, power, agility, flexibility, endurance, coordination, balance and much more, making your athlete a more dangerous weapon on the court or field. We also work on injury prevention to give that dangerous weapon a better chance of staying off your injured list.

We can work individually with your athletes, who sign up for our group sessions, or we can train your entire team, at your facility or ours. For our Team Training sessions, our Sports Performance Director will work with you to establish your team’s goals and needs, and then put together a plan to accomplish them. The Team Training programs are designed to deliver a challenging workout that is organized, educational, progressive, and customized for your entire team.

Our Coaches

A coach can make all the difference in the world when it comes to athletic performance. At Advanced Athletes Performance (AAP) we select only the best of the best when it comes to our coaching staff. Unlike most gyms, our coaches are degreed and certified. Our coaches understand that while they should push athletes to the limit, effective training also requires positive reinforcement and the use of methods that cater to each athlete’s individual learning style.

Our Programming

Our proprietary programming is where our focus lies and where the planning is designed to help athletes achieve tangible results. Our programs are progressively updated with the help of world-renowned sports performance coaches whose backgrounds include coaching numerous elite and professional individual athletes from various sporting disciplines and top tier teams. Our programs are scientifically designed to improve speed, power, agility and endurance – the four pillars of athleticism. At Advanced Athletes Performance (AAP), our groups average six athletes to one performance coach. We offer both individualized one on one training as well as training in small groups, this approach ensures that each athlete will be able to get the instructions they need to improve….fast. This is the second stage of the AAP matrix involved in how we build champions fast.

Our High Performance Center

The Advanced Athlete Performance High Performance Centre AAP features professional equipment from the best vendors in the business. Our 2000 square meter facilities offers:

  • Various Athletic surfaces, ideal for perfecting multi-directional movements in an indoor setting
  • Mondo Sprint track, the most ideal surface for linear speed development in the world.
  • Olympic-style weightlifting equipment,  used to develop power.
  • Specialized weight machines specifically selected to assist in prehab, rehab and functional movement development Athletes use to build explosive power and core strength

Our Technology

 We use state of the art video analysis systems, which allows athletes to see their athletic performance in action, and provides them with instant feedback and allows our coaches to analyze their athletic performance. This gives coaches the opportunity to make corrections where necessary, and gives athletes the opportunity to see how they compare against the best in the world and how they are improving overall. 

Our Communication

At Advanced Athletes Performance AAP before any child or elite athlete begins training in the centre.  Our coaches will periodically schedule meetings with athletes and parents to discuss the athlete’s performance and improvement. This gives parents the opportunity to better understand the program, exactly what their child is experiencing, and to determine the value of the program to their child’s athletic performance.
