Using state of the art cycling equipment such as the Wahoo Kickr or Watt bikes all connected to a personal screen running zwift or your preferred training App in an altitude environment.

SPORTS PERFORMANCE @ ALTITUDE

This is our proven Altitude Training protocol to help boost your performance to a new level. This program has been proven to improve your speed, power, strength and endurance to new levels.

HIIT @ ALTITUDE

A full body workout which includes Cardio, strength and resistance training. These sessions target both upper & lower body muscle groups while utilising state of the art equipment such as functional trainers, curved treadmills, watt bikes, assault bikes, versa climbers & rowers.

PT @ ALTITUDE

Your PT Session can now be undertaken within our Altitude Room. The option of splitting sessions into Altitude & Non Altitude sessions also exist. This is a proven method of achieving your goals faster.

HEALTH & WELLNESS @ ALTITUDE

Our Health & Wellness @ Altitude sessions include both Yoga & Pilates movements ultimately designed with functional movements for safe, healthy muscular lengthening & regeneration as well as joint mobility and mindfulness as the key goals for the program. 

GETTING RIPPED @ ALTITUDE

These sessions are designed to burn excess body fat. Utilising a combination of state of the art resistance equipment and specially selected body weight exercises to help achieve that athletic, ripped, muscular physique. 

SKIING & CLIMBING PREP @ ALTITUDE

Prepare for your skiing holiday or mountain climbing/walking getaway by utilising our Altitude room. Our program uses state of the art equipment to prepare you.

TEAM TRAINING @ ALTITUDE

Boost your teams physical & mental performance. Our team training protocols utilise both altitude & non-altitude training to lift team performances to new levels.
